An interesting contemporary artist, Sarah Andersen really captured the essence of what she wanted to portray with this short collection of comics.
Relatable and hilarious, each comic strip is one you’d want to repeatedly see. The theme of the book revolves around cats, witches. being a cat parent, being socially awkward, embracing yourself, and being an introvert. You might not find yourself on one, but you’ll definitely see yourself in another.
If you’re looking to venture out into contemporary comics, this collection is for you. Sarah Anderson’s personality really stood out with her artwork and you cannot help but to find your introverted, animal loving self with her. I do not personally follow her on any social media, but I do see her a lot not only online but in bookstores too. She’s made quite a following for herself and I’m glad that people find themselves in her cute artistry.
