This book has been a veeeeery slow read, as there are days, even weeks, when I actually don’t pick it up. My lack of vocabulary in French discourages me to read the book with consistency; however, I have recently been pushing myself to read portions of it. To be exact, reading it for at least 30 minutes on a daily, out loud, to familiarize myself with the sound of French, and the occasional note-taking for words I do not know.
It is a slow progress, but I’m proud of myself for giving this more consistency now. I’m hoping to finish it before the year ends, even without complete comprehension.
This is another book that I am consuming slowly. I think that the pacing is relatively fast; however, the style of English used makes it difficult to register resulting to a slower feel in reading.
I do enjoy the gossips of this novel, but it’s something I cannot fast-read. It requires slow, and deliberate reading.
Decided to listen to this classic as I was offered a free 30 months subscription by Audible. I will try to finish it within that period.
I most often listen to this book whenever I’m cleaning or doing my morning routine. I still haven’t found a good rhythm for audiobooks so I am still unprepared to commit to another Audible subscription. Regardless, I have bought quite a number of titles from the platform, so I will be able to indulge myself with the medium whenever I see fit.

This is not entertainment per se, but I do get entertained with educational contents so…
I am still not actively learning Arabic; however, I wanted to give immerse myself with matters concerning it. As much as I do not have the time to really invest in Arabic, I am still eager to give myself even the slightest knowledge of it. Especially Palestinian Arabic, which Adrian here, is teaching.
If you’ve got any more Palestinian creators that you know, please share them with me.
