Review

This graphic novel has been shown to me by Instagram’s random ads for an x amount of time. At some point, I decided to just check it out. It is always weird to check out those ads because you never know what you will get, but since this was BL… I could not miss out the opportunity. Thankfully, it was something that I really loved.

The plot centers around two young adults. As you might have guessed, they are neighbors. It is pretty straight forward and the story is easy to grasp especially if you really pay attention to each of the characters personality. It is such an honest story that their personality alone is the face value of what you will get from the graphic novel.

Romax‘s art style is surely up my alley and I am definitely in-love with it. Her wonderful and vibrant colours provided that additional attribute to her overall story and her palette elevated the characters personality even more. Her choice of paneling was not difficult to go through and each panel assisted in gripping the reader into the story.

I am extremely glad to have stumbled upon this story. It sucks that I have always set it aside — who can blame me ? It was showing in the Instagram story ads. Anywho, at the very least I ended up reading it and now more people can appreciate the story and art with me.
