Sunday Shenanigans #26

It's quite unfortunate, how I was, yet again, unable to finish a book this week. I have no real defense other than not having the good pacing that I want.

I began reading Sense and Sensibility and although it is relatively quick paced, it doesn't feel like so. What did I do to combat it, then? I started another book, The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan. A faster paced book for children; however, I am not the biggest fan of the writing style. So, yes, it's a difficult read and I am in a brink of a slump.

Additionally, Audible is trying its hardest to entice me yet again for a subscription. This time, it offered free one month subscription and, of course, I caved in. I am enjoying it so far, yet I still cannot find the proper timing with listening to this forsaken stories.
