Language
Honestly, I have only been doing random stuff with my languages and no real direct education recently. What I do, though, is never stop exposing myself to it every single day no matter what type of exposure that is.
French
I have been watching plenty of Johan’s content on Youtube—not as much as I would like but enough to expose myself on a day-to-day basis. I also, read and listen to the audioook by Olly Richards to supplement my tardiness with the actual French book that I am reading (refer to currently reading).
Arabic
I recently discovered Maha and I really enjoy her personality and that translates well with her teaching. Also, a friend told me to take it easy with myself. I have been giving myself unnecessary pressure with Arabic as I have this weird obsession to learning and being able to read and speak faster. Very much grateful for the reminder!
I have been doing Drops and Duolingo still with Arabic. It’s a slow process but I still need some getting used to with the letters and how they’re read.
Spanish
The language I give the least amount of time for but has the best of friends to practice with. It’s sounds so stupid but yeah. lol
My formal lessons doesn’t sound so enticing, at the moment, as the parts being taught are something that I already know—at the slowness of the teaching method, it’s pulling me into a slump. I am also giving some readings a try to not fall off my Spanish exposure.
Oh, I also use Memrise for my Spanish.
